Brooklyn YR Secretary Elected Editor-In-Chief of Statewide GOPYR Newsletter

Last week, New York State YR Chairman Chris Dziedzic announced that the Executive Board of the New York State Young Republicans (NYSYR) unanimously elected Brooklyn YR Secretary Jonathan J. Judge Editor-in-Chief of the GOPYR, the official newsletter of the NYSYR.

"It is an honor to have this opportunity," stated Judge.  "I am very excited about the prospect of continuing the past successes of the GOPYR newsletter and working to expand its content, readership and influence among YRs and the New York State GOP at large."

Bob Capano, President of the Brooklyn YR Club stated, "As an Executive Member of the NYS YR organization, I was pleased to vote for Jonathan. He has great talents and I am sure he will do an outstanding job.  Also, this once again shows the influential role of the Brooklyn YRs in the statewide GOP!"

The monthly GOPYR newsletter catalogues the latest news about New York State’s YR clubs and their members, as well as featuring articles discussing policy and hot-button issues.   The newsletter is distributed not only to YR clubs throughout the state, but also to the State GOP leadership, the Chairs of the 62 GOP County Committees, and to New York State’s elected Republican officials.
