We have a genuinely exciting election ahead of us with John McCain, Sarah Palin, and our local Republican candidates, who got excellent write-ups in both the New York Times and the Brooklyn Daily Eagle from our Meet the Candidates’ Night on Wednesday, September 17th.

In fact, the New York Times speculated that this is indicative of the birth of a Republican Revival in Brooklyn.

We can tell you that we are in fact at the cusp of a Republican Revival in Brooklyn!  As Senator McCain, Governor Palin, our local party and candidates are leading the charge, the Brooklyn Young Republicans will be at the forefront, fighting to bring Republicanism and real choice to voters at the polls this November.

We all need to chip in.  We’re asking for your commitment of at least two hours a week — which is about the length of time you might spend watching an old rerun of a made-for-TV movie — to helping with some basic campaign activities to get out the vote for our Republican candidates, including our Young Republican ones like Bob Capano, John Chromczak, Yvette Velázquez Bennett, Glenn Nocera and Pedro Monge.

This is essential to keeping Republican politics alive and strong in Brooklyn.  We ask you now to set aside time to help out.  So please click this link, fill out the form, and become a footsoldier in Brooklyn’s Republican Revival!
