RESOLUTION #4-2010 – Establishing 2011 Membership Levels and Dues

RESOLVED, That individuals wishing to join or renew membership in the club for 2011 shall meet the following requirements:
(a) Membership Application/Renewal: Every application for new or renewed membership in the Club shall contain the applicant’s full name, home address, date of birth, gender, email address, cell phone number, website (if applicable), social networking site memberships (if applicable), a referring/sponsoring member (if applicable), the specified class and level of membership, and advanced payment of dues for the specified class and level of membership. No application shall be considered received unless it meets these requirements.
(b) Carryover of New or Renewal Membership: The Board of Directors shall consider any new or renewal membership application received on or following Election Day 2010 for the purposes of the following year. All other such members, regardless of their join or renewal date, shall renew their membership at the beginning of the new year.
(c) Rewards Points: Regardless of eligibility to redeem rewards, all members of any class and level may accrue points for eligible activities. At any time during the year, a member may upgrade his/her membership to a level where points may be redeemed by paying the difference between dues paid at his/her current level and that which is required for the new level. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this resolution, any points that are not redeemed by December 31st shall expire and the member shall start on January 1st with a balance of zero.
(d) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL – BASIC
Basic level members in their respective classes shall be entitled only to those privileges established for their respective classes within the Bylaws and those incidental to
Class A – Basic Regular – $35 per annum
Class A – Basic Regular for High School, Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional School Students – $20 per annum
Class B – Basic Associate – $30 per annum
(e) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL – SILVER
Silver level members shall be entitled to redeem rewards for various activities performed on behalf of the Club. Points accrual and that which may be redeemed in exchange for points shall be awarded as determined by the Board of Directors.
Class A – Silver Regular – $70 per annum
Class A – Silver Regular for High School, Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional School Students – $40 per annum
Class B – Silver Associate – $60 per annum
(f) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL – GOLD
Gold level members shall be entitled to redeem rewards for various activities performed on behalf of the Club. Points accrual and that which may be redeemed in exchange for points shall be awarded as determined by the Board of Directors.
Class A – Gold Regular – $100 per annum
Class A – Gold Regular for High School, Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional School Students – $60 per annum
Class B – Gold Associate – $90 per annum
(g) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL – PLATINUM
Platinum level members shall be entitled to redeem rewards for various activities performed on behalf of the Club. Points accrual and that which may be redeemed in exchange for points shall be awarded as determined by the Board of Directors, however all points accrued that exceed the cap in a particular year shall be carried over to the following year.
Class A – Platinum Regular – $150 per annum
Class A – Platinum Regular for High School, Undergraduate, Graduate and Professional School Students – $90 per annum
Class B – Platinum Associate – $130 per annum
(h) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL – SUPPORTER
Supporter level members shall not be entitled to any privileges, rights or rewards of membership.
Class B – Supporter Associate – FREE
Adopted by the Board of Directors on November 30, 2010. Paragraph (a) amended by Resolution #5-2010 by striking the following paragraph and replacing as directed in the resolution:
